He is happily married to Xiomara Portalatin, and is the father of two beautiful children, Bryan Jabdiel and Jaycob Joel. He lives in the city of Isabela, Puerto Rico. Bryan Caro is a 33-year-old evangelist, who at his young age has reached significant influence in Puerto Rico and worldwide. The Evangelistic ministry is one of the most important and necessary ministries of all time. I call it the backbone of the Church. A church without effective evangelism is like a beach without waves, meaningless. Evangelism brings life and beauty to the Church of Christ.
One of the greatest enemies of evangelism is comfort and conformity. It is a mistake to believe that we came to earth only to fill ourselves up inside the church, without giving to others what we received from the Father.
As a church it is imperative to invest in people-teach and update them with strategies for this season. We can't work with this millennial generation as we did in the 1980s. We have to be updated and wholesome, without losing the essence of the kingdom and the footsteps of our Messiah.

That is why the main intention of this book is to be able to impart in you the passion, the character and the necessary resources so that you can be effective in times of conflict.
