The trauma I have endured. Sharing all I have been through with the hopes to help another. I began writing about 10 months ago and have not been able to put my pen down since. Getting all the happiness and pain out has been the best therapy. Helping myself understand more about my trauma and not allowing it to keep me captive anymore. In hopes that this will allow another to release the pain they may hold. I share many great memories too. My story is not all sad. Many large smiles will also be shown.
