Awakening of the Evil is the first volume of the Epic Chronicles saga. Baal, the God of War and one of the feared rulers of darkness, has died. Despite his soul being imprisoned for centuries, occult forces conspire for his rebirth and, consequently, of his nefarious creatures.

Freed by Koldon's warriors, the humans, through their Knights, Wizards, Barbarians, Archers, Bards, amongst others, must re-establish the order over their lands and try to avoid an imminent catastrophe. This will not be an easy task, however, considering that their own classes face a long period of separation and neglect. Additionally, mythological beings such as Dwarfs and Dragons, might interfere, making such journey against the forces of evil even more unpredictable and dangerous.
