A United States Marine Corps sniper, Mike Wilson, joins the CIA and becomes one of their best contractors. He changes jobs one more time becoming the President's secret agent - unknown to anyone else. One day a young college graduate moves into the condominium across from his and secures a job at the Library of Congress. Ultimately she inadvertently finds a piece of paper misfiled that possibly exposes some Americans' role in 9/11. She seeks help from Wilson and soon is abducted and tortured. Wilson then finds himself the target of an unknown agency. He decides to hunt the "hunters" with a vengeance unlike ever seen in Washington D.C. while trying to find his neighbor. The violence becomes so intense that the Agency Directors find themselves facing off with the President of the United States.
