Between the pages of this book are six chapters of free-form poetry with different themes and aesthetics in mind, as well as moral, psychological and philosophical takes meant to evoke emotion from the reader. From the tale of a girl wandering a cliff edge with her mysterious friend to the maniacal ramblings of a prisoner to what he calls El Dorado, or a more abstract look at our journey through life and the paths we choose to take (or are led on). A range of personified perspectives and thoughts with names attached, as we often forget how alive words really are. You'll find a buffet of sorts, where every poem has either vague or no relation to eachother at all, so you may pick and choose what suits you. I can only hope to evoke an emotion, especially confusion. I don't know if I understand everything I tried to push onto the page either. The unsolved mysteries have exclusive legacies, in my opinion.
