I Don't Mind...: (Talking Openly About Mental Illness)

This book is about me, primarily, and how mental illness ravaged my life for about 20 years, triggered by an unwanted sexual encounter that occurred after a night of drinking with friends. I don't believe it is an altogether unique tale and that is why I think it is worth reading, to hear what is happening with so many of us women. I released very few copies the first time, as I felt self-conscious about the material, but as time has passed, I have decided to place it out there in the public eye again. Partly, this is because I am at a point in my life where the content shouldn't hurt my career, but how many of us are kept quiet because of that fear? So, here is my tale from about 1992 - 2017, in abbreviated form. I haven't changed the content. I hope it helps open doors and minds. I tried to be as brutally honest as I could as I've made a lot of mistakes and would love people to learn from them. It was worth it. Take care!
