With his wife, Barbara, he has also raised a family of five children, with this growing over the years to a family of 45.Walter has been involved in a series of entrepreneurial ventures, creating new organizations and revitalizing existing organizations. This book draws on stories and insights from his personal experiences as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur to describe the challenges, joys and pitfalls of entrepreneurship.
