How to project manage your self-build home

Many people start self-build projects that end in misery. This self-builder's guide is addressed to those of you contemplating to build your own home but feel you need more theoretical knowledge and practical advice. Being a professional construction project manager, my purpose is to help you adopt the mindset of a project manager and guide you through the process step by step, starting with the Preconstruction phase and gradually progress to the Construction phase.
