Trevor's story is a powerful, honest and searching journey, as he discovers the connection between childhood trauma and addictions. He endures thirty years in and out of addictions and prison, leaving chaos in his wake before he eventually gets clean in 1997 but it would be another ten years of searching before he found a little known technique that would finally heal the past and change his life forever.

When he took that first drug in the early sixties, he could never have envisioned where it would take him. He never woke up one morning and decided to become an addict but at the same time there was an inevitability about it and it was rooted in his childhood.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR.
Trevor lives in a small village in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside here in the United Kingdom. He has dedicated the last twenty-plus years to helping others not only with addictions but the many other symptoms of unresolved trauma such as stress, anxiety and depression to name a few.
Trevor started his own business in 2010 and named it Real Changes for Life. He uses the same techniques that helped him heal and find peace in his own life.
