You Have Covid-19 & You're Loved

I experienced the loneliness and sadness by having covid. Thinking, no one wants to be around me because they don't want to get sick and I, not wanting anyone around me to give them covid. As I sat there on my couch watching the news, tears started to well up in my eyes, thinking about all those people in the world that have little family, the elderly, those with health issues, the vulnerable, and that have no one, alone and scared, feeling just like me. Then I thought how much a note, a kind word, flowers, a phone call, a window visit or a pet that can ease that loneliness or fear that comes not knowing how bad your symptoms will be. Hoping it's not the worst. How little, "Acts of Kindness" can help so much to lift someone up when one is feeling so down.
