Among the people of the much-feared ruler of the Murlstrom, Yuortric De Rigothor, cruelty born of jealousy is a weapon one wields as easily as Murlok magic. While the Murlstrom continues to wage war for dominance over other nations, Togan, a young Murlok, struggles to understand his burgeoning Abilities. It becomes even more urgent when Togan's potential comes to the attention of Yuortric. Togan is driven by desperation to escape Yuortric's rule before his unique magic gets him killed.
