The Fyne Mental Institution houses the criminally insane. It was founded by Dr. David Fyne, but now his son runs the institution. He has a reluctance to go down the dark hall toward a surgical room were lobotomies are performed on patients that are a danger to themselves and others. Henry has had to lobotomize one patient Oliver Richards. Oliver killed his wife and children.
