Dr. Fely Rose M. Nacario (aka Feliz Ruiz) is a renowned poetess, story teller, educationist, editor, social activist, and world peace ambassador. She is a well-qualified intellectual and a versatile individual in various walks of life. She has been serving as an educationist and developing life skills and competencies among her students. She obtained Doctorate degree (PhD) in Philosophy in Education with specialization in curriculum and instruction from Philippine Normal University in 2016. She also studied Master of Arts in Teaching English Language Arts. Dr. Fely Rose M. Nacario has penned number of poems, short stories, and articles on social issues.
