Past and Poison

After successfully dismantling Vincetti's uncle's operation, Ever and Vincetti believe the threat to Vincetti's life is no longer in play. However, that all changes when Ever receives a delivery from someone he never wanted to hear from again.

Having nearly lost Vincetti when he was shot three months before Ever is overprotective of his mate. Not willing to let Vincetti put himself at risk by trying to help track down the delivery's sender, Ever keeps the contents to himself and investigates on his own.
