Stripped Naked: The Sea and Me

Who are you? Where do you come from beyond sperm and egg and womb; male and female? Where did you originate? What happens when you die, when your body wears out as it is most assuredly doing day by day? Are you just buried in the ground or burned to ashes and that's it? What do you believe?Do you know yourself? Do you like yourself? Why or why not? Can you describe yourself to someone? Why are we here on earth? Do you care? This book is me, getting to know myself, answering these questions, journaling my way to freedom. learning to LOVE who I am. This is me, stripping naked of all that hinders living a life of peace, surrendering all the pain and trauma experienced since birth and remembering who I am. As I journaled, I learned to seek higher power, God, source, the energy which sustains us, our creator; as opposed to focusing on my problems, my day to day issues. I learned to get out of my head. I learned to see the bigger picture. I experienced "God with us."As I journaled, my eyes were opened and my spirit strengthened. I was set free.When we pay attention to who we are beyond body, we are reminded through spirit connection or love energy, who and whose we are. We are creations of the most powerful source in the Universe, God. We are pure spirit, sharing the most powerful force in the universe, LOVE. As I stripped naked, I began the practice of FLOW. FLOW is an acronym for faith, love, openness and willingness. It's a touchstone for daily remembrance of who we are. It reminds us to get out of our heads, and see the bigger picture of life. This is where God is, outside of our heads, our thoughts. God is here, right now, in the present. The truth is, we are not.Being in the FLOW, keeps us aware of God and his presence, "God with us," all the time. God is never not with us. We have just forgotten this truth.The miracle is, we can at any time decide to remember, to strip naked and walk into the salty, cool waters of the sea and be washed clean, healed. What will you choose today?This is a teaching of remembering and forgetting. This is a reminder of who and whose we are. This is my walk to freedom and I'm sharing it with you. I want you to be here with me. I want you to remember "All is well. Go deep.Strip naked.Take my hand, walk with me. The sea and me, and you.
