Color Blind: When Black & White Turns Gray

A story about racial injustice on the other side of the tracks. A veteran Sheriff Craig Barnes in Southern Mississippi who experienced racial injustices as a youth, now has the power to turn the tables. He racially profiles white motorists harassing them treating them less than human until he pulls over a young white male Matthew Worthington from a wealthy family. Things get out of hand when the wrong words are used towards the sheriff. The sheriff and his deputy, Darren Williams, decide to up the anti by planting illegal drugs into the motorists car. He and his friend David Calloway, resist causing an explosive outcome that changes the lives of the four individuals forever. A black lawyer is hired by the court to defend the white motorist who claims his rights were violated. The black lawyer Cordell Stewart, must move past the racial tensions that build over the case jeopardizing his life and career. He and his team must prove without a reasonable doubt that the Sheriff Barnes racially profiled Matt and unlawfully tried to plant illegal drugs in his car for an unjust arrest. The clock is ticking as Matthew Worthington tries to survive through the trial for the final verdict of his life.
