This book is designed to highlight the imbalances in IRISH society, where the rural regions clash with the centre, Dublin, on the issue of fairness, collectivity and inclusion of the individual provinces in the governing of IRELAND and removing the party political system in IRELAND which has been a millstone around the neck of the people of IRELAND since independence.

The leaders of the struggle for independence, resented being ruled by BRITAIN but were quite happy to adopt the buildings, which were built to reflect a mighty empire and use them to govern a twenty-six county STATE, and consequently ensured untold debt on the Irish people for their upkeep and that debt was the reason that many people had to emigrate to foreign lands, due to the cost of living in IRELAND.

The time has now come to create an IRISH system, which reflects an IRISH economy.
