Despicable Desserts

The Cozy Corgi bakery is under renovation, and while Winifred Page loves that her best friend, Katie, is getting her dream bakery, the noise and chaos-not to mention the lack of dirty chai-is making more than her corgi sidekick, Watson, grumpy.

To afford the renovations, Katie has agreed to make the scandals of her childhood into a documentary. While she expected the project to be emotionally draining, the obnoxious producer combined with constant clashes between the interior designer and construction crew brings the tension to a breaking point.

All too soon, squabbles over marble and light fixtures, along with a filmmaker's problematic artistic vision, pale in comparison to murder... captured on film. With Valentine's Day approaching, romantic sparks fly as quickly as accusations, as Fred and Watson search for clues... and snacks.

To find a killer, much more than pastry crumbs will be uncovered...

(This culinary cozy mystery includes a recipe for heavenly oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.)
