Based off The Rain Saga Trilogy An early morning conversation with an old acquaintance sparks an investigation, and leads to the uncovering of a trail of deception and falsehoods within the Statistics Corps across the better part of three decades. Through gaining access to Sarazelle's Level Two Archives, it's discovered that the North Eastern Stat Group had falsified its report of the demise of the Glen Innes Community and post-dated it two years. From this report, the investigator uncovers a trail of evidence which leads directly to a settlement of people said to have been survivors of the Glen Innes Incursion, though the Emmellay Empire knew there were no survivors and could not have been.
The evidence also hinted at the suggestion of a rebellion against The Movement and its long-term plans.
