Why I wrote the Stress Less SOS Action GuideI have had a very stressful life: childhood distress, an alcoholic parent, drug-addicted sibling, tension-filled constant-fighting first marriage. I was a single parent caring for a disabled parent and more.
I didn't know how to handle all that stress. I was an emotional wreck. I went for counseling and listened to self-help teachings, but it took YEARS for what I was learning to move from my head to my heart.
