This book is dedicated to Coach Greg Wright.On March 3rd, the Philadelphia community lost a great leader. Gregory Wright, aka Coach Greg, passed away after battling cancer for more than five years. His dedication to youth sports spanned around 40 years, and during those years, he impacted generations of families with his commitment. Most notably, his work was represented through athletic organizations, Logan All-Stars, and Hunting Park Warriors. As he guided and trained Philadelphia youth to use their athletic abilities to leverage free education, he also instilled values of hard work, respect, humility, love, and perseverance.Greg loved all sports but excelled at baseball and basketball. It was basketball that Greg used as a vehicle to impact the youth. Greg Wright was instrumental in the development of thousands of young males as he guided them to acquire athletic scholarships at two-year and four-year colleges, notably Marcus and Markieff Morris (NBA).The impact of Greg Wright's selflessness will carry on for years to come as he provided a blueprint of success to many. We love you, Coach Greg!
