Breeze is trying to keep a low-profile, hiding out at Pirate's Cove Marina near Nags Head. When he discovers a sex-trafficking operation being run out of a large yacht, he's hesitant to get involved. He can't do anything that will divulge his location. Eventually, his conscience forces him to act. That decision sets off a string of calamities and creates a trail of dead bodies in his wake. It also adds another name to the list of those who would like to see him dead.
