The characters and plots are relatable and the message sometimes simple sometimes complex and at times just plain narration with no intention of any moral/amoral teaching. The main intention, while writing, was to present the author's ideals in the way she perceives the world; which could sound too idealistic at times but that's how she wants it to be.
