This book is about balance and wholeness, which begins within us -in the human psyche. It is sad and frustrating to witness such conflict and chaos in our world, only to realize that the lasting and meaningful answers are not found outside ourselves. Essentially, most people are seeking outer solutions to inner problems. This seems to work for a while, only to have those same problems return on the morrow. The answers lie within is not just a trite cliche, and if we are truly looking for significant, meaningful change, then we must become the change we seek.
