Stone Men started making Stone Art in the Stone Age, painting in caves, on walls and rocks, and on small objects, as well as making sculptures from bones, ivory, wood and clay. Using charcoal and pigments, they painted the people and animals in their immediate surrounds.Stone Art recorded their daily lives, history and enviroment. It had decorative, cultural and symbolic purposes. My Stoned Art revisits and reinterprets some of the simple forms, designs and colours that Stone Man originally produced tens of thousand of years ago on stones collected from French beaches.
