My dream for Zimbabwe is for it to become a wealth powerhouse in the whole of Africa in the coming decades. I have come to believe the platitude that this statement has carried since the country's independence in 1980 .With all the great leaders that we had, I am not an ingrate to fail and acknowledge their great contribution to the economy of Zimbabwe but a deficit of vision has led us as a nation to where we stand .I was livid as l made a primary assessment at the country's potential and resources that we have. Tangible and non tangible resources to be specific, l am not going to dive deep into the politics of the country because of the vitriol nature that arose after independence for the acquisition of land by the two races that ate from the belly of the motherland Zimbabwe. My goal and main mission behind this book is to mobilize the country in a bull's eye target for a journey of wealth creation rather than poverty reduction because that has been our vivid target since independence. This book contains non ubiquitous information but rather observations and plans for the future of citizens of Zimbabwe 10-20 years from now and how we can be prepared as a nation to see our vision of wealth creation comes to pass. The author has identified our primary needs and threats to come our way if we fail to act now. Each section will contain a criteria of a need or a threat and the solutions we can implement so as to rectify the need and threat. To the readers of all walks of life that see these prerequisites as identified and elucidated below as solutions to their current problems can freely implement the ideas into their societies. The book is non disingenuous hence it can shed a little light to our country and cultivate our economist, industrialist to subjugate our current problems and future needs by thinking innovatively, creatively with the ability to adapt to any change in phase of global industry. I hope this foreword wasn't inane on my laconic subject matter.
