I have focused on six areas of Self Improvement over the last few years that I wanted to grow and develop. I knew that if I could identify areas I needed to grow in, ultimately, I would become the best version of myself. I realized it all started with me, it started from within. The six areas of focus discussed in this book includes: Self-Care, Self-Love, Self-Accountability, Effective Communication, Preparation, and Gratitude. These six areas of focus helped me to create a peaceful life. I am not the same person I was 10 years ago, 5 years ago, or 1 year ago because I am continuously learning and growing. I am self-checking and always identifying areas I can improve in. Self-Care allows one to focus on what makes he/she feel good and brings happiness into their life. Self-Love allows one to build confidence and aids in better decision making because you'll realize what you deserve. Self-Accountability allows one to continue growing and maturing through situations. Effective Communication allows one to have better relationships and interactions while reducing conflict. Preparation allows one to accomplish goals at a faster rate. Walking in Gratitude has continuously helped me maintain happiness, appreciation, and ultimate peace in my life. This book is a great tool that will share ideas on how you can begin creating peace in your life by starting from within.
