Ethel and Billy's six-month tour of Europe is almost over. Their last stop is the famed Dutch city of Amsterdam, and just like every single village, town and city before it, this one promises to be something special. Upon their arrival however, Billy suggests exploring the city separately, so as to have a "break" from one another. Ethel, not wanting to start a fight, agrees.But no matter. It doesn't take long for Ethel to befriend two stunning Dutch women who take her under their wings and give her a tour of the Dutch city. And with their first stop being the Van Gough museum, Ethel begins to think that maybe Billy ditching her was a good thing.Things take a turn when one of these two women is murdered right in the middle of the museum. From the get-go the murder is suspicious. Where the lead investigator claims it was a heist gone wrong, Ethel thinks there is more too it. This suspicion only increases when she and her new Dutch friend become subject to some serious stalking by the man who they suspect to be the killer... even though they have no proof!The police ignore the signs. Ethel can't find a motive behind the killing and the deeper she digs, the more trouble she gets herself into with the authorities.
