The Descendant: We all come from some where, but some people come directly from evil

Edward is a journalist who was born in Austin and lives in Miami. One day like any other, he comes across Eva's story in a newspaper from his hometown. Apparently, she was a woman who had a double life; on the one hand, she worked 30 years as a nurse with the same doctor, but on the other hand, she was the manager of a pro-Nazi website. When the FBI began to investigate her, she decided to commit suicide.

Edward believes that behind that news there is a lot to investigate and he wants to do it, even against the wishes of his boss and his girlfriend. Trusting his instinct, he is willing to find the truth at any cost; but he will soon discover that behind the woman, there are sinister facts that no one could have imagined. Now he is at a dead end: if Edward fails, he could lose his job and his relationship. If he succeeds, it could change his life and the lives of everyone in town forever.
