What can I do with fear?

We all feel fear at certain times in our life. However, there is a way of approaching it that, if we manage to put it into practice continuously, we will begin to experience sensations that we could never have imagined before. The Surrender Method, as a technique of emotional liberation, is reflected here so that children and their families can make use of it daily and without depending on anyone.

Fear should not be avoided with false pretenses of pretending that you are "fine." If when it appears you hide it under the carpet, when you step on it you will trip, since the fear is still there.

There is another way, which does not deny, but Loves, and which reconnects us with our Essence of Light, which gives us the strength of Being.
