I am pleased to offer this new book for your enjoyment. I think it is an amusing read. Therefore, I gave it the title of Amusing Musings. I could describe it as embellished biographical tales. Many stories contain a mixture of interesting facts and my own ludicrous reasoning or interpretation of some events I have lived. You may be shocked at my inability to resist a joke, including exploiting a friend's gullibility. Whatever, I enjoyed writing the book and I doubly enjoy sharing it with you. Idle hands and a hyperactive mind have been a major feature of the usage of my time as an alternative to traveling while we awaited the freedom a virus vaccine would provide. So, what did I do.? I wrote. I repeat myself, I am truly pleased to make "Amusing Musings" available to you.
I will enjoy your company as we visit Machu Picchu, the Galapagos, Bucharest and Okinawa. You will meet my children and the various cleaning ladies that have blessed my life, you will party with unruly friends, visit jewelers with me and marvel at how my wife improved her eyesight and still thinks I am attractive. It will feature the continuing saga of the ducks on rocks. Reading it is something you should look forward to. I have been blessed with inspiring parents, two loving and lovely wives, exceptional children, and grandchildren. I have had an interesting life. Mainly because I was interested in my surroundings. I enjoyed a long military career and some business success. Best of all I had the pleasure of living life fully while avoiding to grow up, working, raising a family, and experiencing an active retirement. I refuse to age since it would mean growing up. Be Amused with some of my musings!
