This writing will serve as a guide to readjusting to the workplace after telecommuting. Although it is heavily based on the economic climate related to a global pandemic, there is applicability to anyone rejoining the workforce. Some of the subjects that are discussed are: length of time telecommuting, the tone of one's organization and emotional intelligence. This is not a comprehensive manuscript of everyone's experience, but the ability to relate to the subject matter should be useful to those who do not regularly telecommute as they are being redirected back to working in person. Issues related to one's home life and socialization as they are returning to the workplace are mentioned in this work as well. But the overall tone of this writing is to discuss patterns of an employee's behavior as it is underlines their strengths and what they have to offer their organizations. Personal wellness as it is linked to fulfillment as an employee is the theme of this writing.
