Daywalkers.

The term is self-explanatory. Daywalkers are vampires who can sunbathe without turning extra crispy.

Only a few of them exist, powerful men and women who have somehow found a way to break from the curse that was put on their species centuries ago.

Why does any of this matter? Beats me.

I've got my own life to figure out, like an old pregnancy I knew nothing about and the secrets my father is still hiding from me. I'm just trying to mind my own business, yet once again, I'm being dragged into another investigation.

Kill me now. In a small town upstate, a murderer is on the loose, and everyone is pointing the finger at the lovely vampire next door.
