God, Why Are You Doing This?

A friend of mine asked me in tears. "My parents never listen to me no matter how hard I try to share the gospel with them. Then I recently read where the Romans says God already predestined who would be saved before the creation of the world. What if my parents are not included in those who are predestined to be saved? Will they never listen to me until the end? What should I do then?"

Another friend asked me in a shocked voice after his mission trip to South-Eastern Asia. "I saw many Buddhist monks perform miracles just as we do in Jesus' name! How can I share the gospel to people there when there is no difference between what their religious leaders do and what we do?"

There are some difficult questions about God or what the Bible says, questions disturb us so deeply that our faith could even stumble.
