A marriage arranged. A series of murders. When the past and present collide, what might the future be?

Tired of her PTSD and its effects on her career and relationships, lone wolf feature writer and pan-sexual lady Ameya Pradhan agrees to an arranged marriage with a kind-eyed gentleman called Aman Sharma. Nerdy Nitya, a London-based neurologist, hopes her beloved sister knows what she is doing. She has her own worries. Such as whether to follow her own dreams or succumb to the demands of her parents and ex-girlfriend.
Away in Ram Nagar, Aman's sister Nayantara Sharma and her best friend Zoya Farooqui are troubled as well. There are religiously motivated murders in their city, and Nayan, a dedicated police officer, is worried for its safety. It is worse for Zoya, part time artist and fulltime editor extraordinaire. It is her community and her parent's friends that are affected. She has a boyfriend in Nayan's middle brother, but a shield to other troubles, a boyfriend does not make. Sometimes, they can be quite troubling by themselves.
They pass each other as strangers at an Indian wedding. With passing glances. Until Ameya reaches Ram Nagar as Aman's bride.
As troubles mount, can the four find it in themselves to get past their pasts and support each other?
