Publications of the Midwest Institute of Geosciences and Engineering Past and Present: Volume 2

This is the first compilation volume of publications done by the Midwest Institute of Geosciences and Engineering (MIGE) that have not been publicly released. All of us at MIGE love to publicly post our work, but we need to fund raise in order to keep working. So we have collectively decided on March 25, 2021, that we would begin taking older unpublished works and assembling them into volumes such as this. There is no set schedule. Things like large maps, will continue to be available for free. We hope you understand why we are doing this. We figure if we are going to fund raise, you might as well as get something in return.These have already been written and were going to be put on the website. Based on the recent decision, some have been reformatted to fit the page and obvious errors were corrected. Beyond that, the publications are "as written". Please see the back cover for the list of publications in this volume. Some of the pages are shrunk from much larger posters or from old files. We made every assurance to make sure they are all as legible as possible. Some fonts may be small.
