The world is full of new adventures, and Amy is in search of her own when she stumbles across a young girl who may turn out to be the best friend she ever had. Phoebe's town is a dangerous one, for dragons and little girls alike, and Amy has a choice to make. Is finding friendship worth taking on the risk on staying in a place where most of the people wish she were dead? How far is she willing to go to keep her new friend safe?
