Millie and the crew on board Siren of the Seas have their hands full when a group of cowboys and cowgirls board their ship for an action-packed, fun-filled cruise. Andy Walker, the ship's cruise director, is pulling out all the stops since one of the passengers, Colt Kenworth, has close ties to Majestic Cruise Lines' CEO, Ted Danvers.

The cowboys are spending big bucks on lavish parties and special events including a bull riding competition. Andy has assigned Millie to oversee their events and the cruise starts out smoothly until one of the cowboys takes a hard fall after being thrown from a mechanical bull.

Brushing it off, the man refuses to be checked out at the medical center. Within hours he's dead.
