Famine: Third Horseman of the Apocalypse

Troublemaker. Danger dabbler. Mr. Mischievous. The third horseman. Cute without fangs. Too bad his frenemy Morningstar won't stay away. Lucifer was only too happy to mention that Pestilence mated a Nephilim-an evil race Famine abhors. Only the Nephilim's children, known as Eljo, were more wicked. Unfortunately, that meant me. In fact, he chose me as the first heart to weigh on his scales.

Immediately, Famine decided the world was not at level three terror where it should be when his seal broke. He blamed the women on Team Horsemen for pulling Pestilence and War off track of their divine duty. So he struck to remove the stick stuck in the end-of-days cog, but his rash actions birthed a long-extinct creature. A Fury, complete with a scourge.

Famine was the least wise angel horseman. And I was the shifter angel's guardian. Sole duty? Stop him from falling. Unless he changed his mind after seeing the devil's recorded footage of me turning rogue on Portal TV. Hmph! Add in drinking with the devil, the Fury, and Famine's fondness for finding trouble, rogue or no, he needed me. And the world needed me to stop his mission of further wrecking the post-apocalyptic world.
