The Glass-maker's Daughter

A tale of fantasy and imagination featuring a glassmaker and his beautiful daughter along with a gallery of other mythical characters that include a troubadour, a wizard with his army of shape-shifter ghouls, a dragon rider who wears only one sandal, a warrior with a sword he has named Shining Sun, and an apothecary/priest. "Guardians" keep watch over the city, assisted by a Conference of Birds and other assorted animals, including a wily fox. An inaccessible, mysterious magic mountain perches at the edge of a desert where the wizard has transformed an oasis into his stronghold. The path to the top of the mountain where the Gateless Gate is located, is only known to those who are on a sincere quest. In the final confrontation between the two opposing "armies," it will take all the ingenuity and purity of soul of the combatants to avoid a cataclysmic outcome.
