Murder and a Blue Spruce

Sylvia Smith, 78, phoned Ellen to let her know she was none too happy her handyman plonked a turquoise toilet next to the dumpster in the alley between their two houses. Ellen was horrified to see a dead man sitting on it when she and her handyman went to remove it. Little did she know this wasn't the first dead man to be found sitting on a toilet in the alley. A perfect location for murder, the boughs of a stately century-old Blue Spruce conceal the view.
