Journey of a Ballerina tells the triumphant story of Amina, a talented young black ballerina who faces adversity with courage, determination, and grace with the help of her ancestors and best friend Lethabo.

Amina's journey begins when she sees the most beautiful ballet shoes in a boutique she finds herself captivated by the beauty of ballet. She dreams of becoming a ballerina, but her path is riddled with challenges. Growing up struggling with poverty, Amina encounters racism and discrimination that threaten to shatter her dreams. Yet, with her ancestors' help, she refuses to be discouraged.

In the face of adversity, she finds her strength and pushes boundaries, showing the world who she truly is.
