The Holy Spirit in Action: The Outpouring and Manifestation

For an act of worship to be acceptable unto God, it must be done with the help of the Holy Spirit and in compliance with the written word of God. This was why Jesus before his assent ion promises of the Holy Spirit (the comforter). Although the Holy Spirit came upon the believers in the day of Pentecost, there is an old promise of an outpouring of the Holy Spirit (the later rain) in the later days.
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh ...: Joel 2:28. The outpouring is upon all flesh. Both young and old, rich and poor, men and women, all races, all nations, every tribe. We are all partakers in the later rain as open vessel which will be filled or a closed vessel which will not be filled even when the heavy rain of the spirit is still falling.
