Lifetime's Over

"Hello my Sweet". At the sound of the voice I whip around to where the voice came from. On the border of the shadows stood a man about 6'10, much taller than my 5'8 frame. Granted I'm no small person but mystery man is at least a foot taller than me.

"I'm sorry sir, but I am nobody's Sweet. I'm just a simple girl out for a walk in the dark." I really hope this guy doesn't try anything. Leave it to me to leave the weapons at home.

"See my dear, sweet Queen, you are very mistaken. Have you ever noticed around the same time every year you return to the same place? Did you ever question abilities you had that other people thought you were crazy to have? For the last twelve lifetimes we always find each other. My appearance is always the same, however my sweet, you change every time and it takes a while to find you. That is until you activate your special talents."
