Dorothea E. (Builta) Jacobsen has 3 grown children who currently live in the Pacific Northwest. Dorothea has been published in the national "Country Women" magazine and local newspapers, and has written a song set to music that played on the radio. She moved from Los Angeles to a 100-acre farm in Graham, Washington. She was a 4-H leader for 15 years. She writes poems that picture her life's adventures and loves. Her poems are heartfelt and she hopes they will be enjoyable and spirit lifting for her readers, too.
