How Shall We Redevelop Africa?

How Shall We Redevelop Africa is the story of stolen properties from Africa to Europe and America, and proffering solutions on how to recover them. It has been written to pay Tribute and keep the legacy of the distinguished Guyanese historian and revolutionary leader (Walter Rodney) alive. The book seeks the redevelopment of the African continent after her Underdevelopment by Europe which the Guyanese historian pointed out in his "How Europe Underdeveloped Africa". The author asked the question of whether Europe Christianised, civilized and developed Africa as claimed.
The author asked other fundamental questions about Africa and provided answers. The contentious questions are:

1. Ethiopia is the only African country that was not colonized. If we are blaming Europeans for under developing Africa, why is Ethiopia, the only African country that was not colonized, not developed.
2. Egypt has been proven, without reasonable doubt as the origin of scientific discoveries and inventions, civilization, and development. Why is it not the most developed country in the World, owing to the fact that everything humanity is making use of today was invented and discovered by the Egyptians?
3. South Africa is the most developed country in Africa and the only African country with white and black citizens, the whites do claim to be the owners of South Africa! Is South Africa a white man's land?
4. Is Nigeria really the giant of Africa? Is Nigeria really one? Who should be blamed for Nigeria's woes? Nigeria jaga jaga! What do you mean by Nigeria jaga jaga? Why is Nigeria so blessed with abundant human and natural resources yet not developed?
5. Liberia is the first country on African soil to become a republic, precisely in 1847. 174 years after, it is still not developed, why?
6. Colonel Muammar Qaddafi, after so many years of political isolation, later came back to his senses and called for "United States of Africa", 12 years later, he was killed like a criminal, why?
7. All the 54 African countries except South Africa have performed below expectations, Biafra's claim of playing a leading role in decolonizing Africa mentally, economically and politically, had they succeeded in creating a Republic. How valid is this claim? Is Biafra Republic a myth or reality?
