Evelyn Sjovall, author of books about the history of her hometown, reports on her varied life in post-war Germany.

Her mother, Inge, and her father, an American soldier, have no future in these confusing times, and so she married Rudi, who is happy to have a child.

Evelyn experiences a carefree childhood to the point where she asks her grandmother the question, 'Why are people dead when they come to me?' The grandmother scolds and demands that this stop. To please her, she closes herself off. But then the pressure on the child becomes too great, and it asks the souls to leave it alone.

In 2002, she got in touch with her siblings in the United States, and strange things began to happen around her after the death of her husband. She realizes that it is part of her life plan and lets the souls back into her life.

Using examples, she shows the necessary steps for meditation and contemplation of the aura. It illustrates what the dead do to help us. Again and again, Evelyn has to recognize that heaven has a sense of humor when it gently but unequivocally points to our life plan that arose in the afterlife.

The book is an introduction for people who are learning to deal with their spirituality and that of others.
