Ernie and Lilith: A Tale of Unlikely Love

Ernyn Cobblestone; stalwart warrior, clansman and former right-hand of Chielf Olaf Redbeard, is on a journey of healing and self-discovery after being exiled from the clan and his home on Redbeard Bay. The dwarf is coping with his exile and the deaths of Chief Olaf and his daughter, Aelswith, who was the love of Ernie's life. A chance encounter soon changes Ernie's life.
As he makes camp and fishes in a nearby river, he happens upon Lilith Roseberry; a beautiful she-elf and songweaver from the Lake Kingdom of Jarva. She and her friends are on their way back from Shiun on an errand from their King, who Ernie quickly discovers that is the uncle of this beautiful she-elf he had just met. This happenstance between Ernie and Lilith soon brings about trouble but the dwarf is determined to see her safely home, even at the expense of his life. And before long, both of them discover a love that they didn't expect and no matter how Ernie feels, he cannot escape the fate of it, and he realizes that neither of them want to.
