Luxury we cannot afford: Breath and oxygen awareness

Oxygen is the most important commodity that exists. Without it, we have no chance of survival longer than 3 minutes. For oxygen, millions of years of evolution created one special organ. That is right in the middle of our faces. It's our nose, which plays a main role in the correct oxygen intake to our body. Affecting all the processes that are happening. There is huge importance in the amount of oxygen we get with every inhalation we do. Because the oxygen our body can absorb with the next inhalation, cannot absorb any later. Each breath is a chance, a chance for a life, with each breath we decide about the course to which our life is headed. Maybe you won't see it next week or month, but you might see the effects of your breathing patterns 5, 10, 15, or 20 years from now. Hard to see that upfront I know, maybe you won't live anymore, but what if you will? Are you willing to take the risk, because you didn't pay attention to the most important thing in your life, which is breathing which you already do 15-20 times per minute, every day in your life since you have been born?
