Blood Is The Most Precious Commodity In Seryngshire...it was here that, many moons ago, mages learn?d in the lore of blood magic developed a new way to heal-a new way to combat the ever-evolving blight devastating the continent. Led by the Elder Mage, the most powerful resident of Seryngshire, the mages formed the secretive Guild of the Chamber of the Bloods and, using the power of the moon, perfected the craft of blood magic.

Merra, an elemental water mage who has witnessed the devastation of the blight firsthand, wants to become a blood mage acolyte to heal others and save lives, even if it's just one-but the Guild does not take kindly to outsiders.

Beyond the protective walls of Seryngshire, an altogether different branch of magic is gaining force and numbers. Travelers call it dark magic and their leader, a woman named Yuldra, is known as a terrible monster.
